A dedicated AEC Company aiming to provide Excellent Quality Service on Building Designs and Construction. Founded by Michael George Hubbard Jr., an American licensed Engineer, and entrepreneur who desired and endeavored to establish an engineering and architectural business designed primarily to provide plans, blueprints, technical drawings, and designs for buildings and other structures or installations through Computer Aided Design (CAD) and render consultancy in relation thereto for various clients located abroad, particularly in the US geographic zones.

With a desire to expand the scope of business activities of ADSI, it now engages in and carries on general construction activity, including therein the developing and constructing residential houses and buildings, commercial, industrial and hospital buildings, and other structures or installations, for various projects in the Philippines setting.

Principal Manager

The Managing Principal of Advanced Design Services Inc. He is a licensed Mechanical Engineer with over 26 years of experience in Mechanical Systems Designs. His project portfolio includes new constructions, remodels, and system retrofits for various building types including hospitals, medical clinics, multi-unit housing, educational, municipal, commercial, institutional, and office. He has extensive experience designing geothermal heating/cooling systems and other energy-conserving design alternatives.
Mr. Hubbard is also an inspirational Leader noted for his excellent mentoring skills, advanced problem-solving skills, and his ability to identify new business opportunities.

Architectural Department Team Leader

A versatile Architect with more than 8 years of experience in the field of Engineering & Architecture. Driven both to succeed and contribute, work with, motivate, and mentor diverse teams, while leading by examples adept in designing, planning, Architectural presentation, Estimation, conceptualization, construction detailing & project management. A diligent and creative designer with hopes of improving urban issues and sustainability through design.

Ar. Omar D. Bermachea
Architectural Department Team Leader

One of the most motivated architects with more than 9 years of Architectural experience, including 6 years of BIM exposure; he is also leading the company's BIM operations. Equipped with good technical knowledge and a keen eye for detail, his expertise is best manifested in finding solutions to various Revit roadblocks that the team faces at every step of production. Possessing effective communication and problem-solving skills. He believes that one's capacity to learn and adapt is the best value one can contribute to a company.

A committed Civil—Structural Engineer and a Registered Master Plumber, with more than 8 years of working experience handling different projects as a Site Engineer, Structural Design Engineer, Civil Consultant, Planner, and Quality Control / Quality Assurance Site Supervision. An associate member of the Association of Structural Engineers of the Philippines. Proficient in MS Excel & Word, Photoshop. AutoCAD, STAAD Pro Connect Edition, ETABS, SketchUp pro, VRay, Auto Land Desktop, and RAM Connection. Dedicated to developing materially cost-effective and streamlined structures without sacrificing occupant or user safety.
